This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy” or “Agreement”) applies to Paybilt Limited and its group of companies (“We”, “Us”, or “Paybilt”) and all Website visitors, Paybilt Users, and/or Customers of Paybilt Users (“You” or “User”). If you are a Customer of a Paybilt User (“Customer”), your agreement with the relevant Paybilt User will explain how the Paybilt User shares your information with Paybilt.

This Privacy Policy governs the gathering, use, and disclosure of Data, including, but not limited to, the accessing, participation, and/or utilization of Paybilt Services (“Services”) and/or Websites (“Websites”). By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you expressly consent to the use of your Data in accordance with this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you are requested to not provide any Personal Data to Paybilt, and to not register for Paybilt Services.

The purpose of this document is to inform you about the way(s) in which we Process your Personal Data as Data Controllers, including references to which Data we Process, how, why, for how long, and your rights as a Data Subject.

We may use this Data to make sure our website works properly, to be able to deliver you its content, for DDOS mitigation on our Website, improving the performance of our Website and performing statistical analyses for optimizing the content on our Website, and other reasons. If you wish to apply for or use our Services, we will collect the Personal Data necessary to establish and perform a commercial agreement with you, including your contact information, address, tax and business details, and banking information. We may use this information to set up our products and Services for you, and to provide you with support during the onboarding process, integration, and installation. In addition, we may use your information for the purpose of managing our internal administration and complying with our legal obligations. We may also record Data about your use of our Services, including your login credentials, inquiries, comments, and complaints in relation to our business relationship.

We will collect information about you to comply with national and international laws and regulations regarding anti-money laundering (AML) and regarding crime or financing terrorism processes. We use this Personal Data to ensure the legality and integrity of our operations, by aiming to identify and prevent illegal conduct and to comply with our legal know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.


SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We may disclose your Personal Data to third parties so that they may provide you with the products and Services we offer, including but not limited to financial service providers, credit reference agencies, banks, and other financial institutions. HOW WE TRANSFER AND SECURE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We are committed to securing your Personal Data and have therefore taken steps to prevent unauthorized access to your Data. We have put in place a range of technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect from you and Process.

YOUR RIGHTS AS DATA SUBJECT

You are entitled to object to us Processing your Personal Data. You may also ask for an overview and/or copy of your information, to correct or delete certain Data, and/or to restrict Processing of your Personal Data. You may also ask us to share or transfer your information, where technically feasible and commercially reasonable, to other organizations that have sufficient data and privacy policies in place to protect your Data. In some cases, while we may have obtained your consent to Process your Personal Data, you can withdraw this consent.

We shall not delete Data which we are required by law to keep, or that which is held due to a business agreement with you. Similarly, access to your Personal Data may be refused if making the information available would reveal Personal Data about another person or entity, or if we are legally prevented from disclosing such information.
